Complete Project Management

In order to ensure that your project runs smoothly, we allocate experienced and driven Project Managers to every project.

Giving you one point of contact means that there is a single point of responsibility, and all communications are going to the same place, so no task can be overlooked or left incomplete to our standards.

Our Project Managers are ready for any challenge and have the knowledge to adapt to any situation to ensure tasks run on schedule and on budget.

Dilapidations and reinstatement usually occurs at the conclusion of a lease period. The landlord will often request that the premises be returned in the same condition as it was before tenancy began.

This can mean taking down partition walls, replacing flooring, redecorating and changing lighting and restoring the building. We can work with tenants and landlord to ensure commercial buildings are returned to the required conditions to meet the terms of a lease.
